Really mixed feelings about this place. Some of the staff were great; others were rude and disinterested. The breakfast was really good; there is no other food, the brochure tells you to go and eat in one of the many places nearby! The decor is funky and cool; the rooms are hot and many are small. In the heat of last weekend the screens in the bar are showing images of flaming fires, rather than cooling streams! There's a highchair in the bar area for breakfast but the other child facilities are non-existent. Not a child friendly place at all. But then it aims at young couples and groups more. The car park is not part of the hotel but a multi-storey next door. It's expensive overnight though discounted by the hotel. Instructions are confusing and the staff not very helpful. Beds are comfortable, bathroom was big and clean. Hotel is in a good location by the centre though. Wouldn't go back with a child but might as part of a group or couple.
