Hotel Murillo Information
The Murillo hotel is ideally located in the historical and very charming centre of Seville, in the famous area of Santa Cruz. All the main sightseeing attractions including the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace and the Giralda are located nearby. This property has recently been renovated to a modern and attractive standard. All rooms are equipped with facilities including telephone, cable television, modem connection, air conditioning and a full bathroom with hairdryer.
Hotel Murillo offers 57 elegantly refurbished and completely equipped rooms. All rooms are well equipped and consist either in a double bed or twin beds. Bathrooms have been made of white marble, and offer the possibility to choose between bathtub or shower. They also include a complete set of amenities.
The small lobby is reminiscent of a castle, embellished with suits of armor and typical furniture and paintings.
Hotel Murillo Exterior
The exterior of the hotel is in typical Andalusian style, with a yellow and white facade and green railings at the balconies. It resembles a family house.
Hotel Murillo Area
The area surrounding the hotel is full of charming traditional whitewashed houses, palaces, noble mansions, nice patios, flowers and, above all, ancient history, old legends, duels, love stories, memories, charm and beauty.
In the labyrinthine alleys and narrow streets of the old Jewish quarters, you can avoid Sevilla’s intense summer sun and enjoy the cool breezes that circulate through the lanes, discovering attractive, secluded, little squares that seem a world away from the city centre. Stroll through these streets, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere and navigate using the network of pretty, little squares and the always-visible tower of the cathedral, the Giralda.
There is a small and basic bar located in the ground floor by the reception. This hotel does not have restaurant.
