This hotel is located in the centre of Amsterdam, within walking distance of the Leidseplein, with its famous Casino, and also within walking distance of the Rijks museum, the PC Hoofstraat and the Vondel Park. The bedrooms are small in size but are in good condition and are very welcoming with warm colours throughout the rooms. The bathrooms are also in good condition. There is only a breakfast room which is located on the lower ground floor and has an oriental feel about it. The breakfast room also leads to the garden so in the summer, breakfast may be taken outside. This is a traditional building in keeping with its surroundings. The lobby is small but also incorporates the bar and there is also a lovely garden that leads off from the lobby where drinks may be served, weather permitting. This is a very lovely, family run hotel in the heart of Amsterdam and comes highly recommended. 040208jg
