General Information

The hotel was built in 2006 with contemporary design and cosy furnishings, so as to make guests' stay more enjoyable and comfortable. It comprises a total of 101 rooms on 10 floors. Staff are helpful and friendly and at the disposal of all guests needing particular orientation and advices. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, lift access, a TV room, restaurants and conference facilities. There are also room and laundry services available. Location Situated in the centre of Medina, not far from the main road, Bd Des Far, the hotel is roughly 5 minutes walking from the boutique shops of Bab Marrakech, the central market and around 35 km from the airport Mohamed V. Rooms All the rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, Internet access, a hi-fi system and a minibar. Double or king-size beds also feature as well as air conditioning, a safe, a lounge and a balcony or terrace. Some suites are equipped with their own Jacuzzi. Sport The hotel offers many treatments such as hammam, saunas and massage, the hotel is also equipped with gym. Meals Guests are offered a continental breakfast buffet each morning. Lunch and evening meals are offered from the a la carte option or buffet service. Payment Different cards are accepted in the hotel like American Express, MasterCard and VISA. Notes Alcoholic drinks are not served in the hotel.

Oum Palace Hotel - Spa Taxes & Fees

Please note that a compulsory city tax is required to be paid by the GUESTS on top of B&A’s contracted rates on all booked hotel accommodation in Casablanca, Morocco. The fees vary per hotel, with approximate amounts as follows:

- Dh 33,00 to 50,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT for stays in 5 and 5+ star hotels
- Dh 25,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT for stays in 4 star hotels
- Dh 22,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT for stays in 3 star hotels
- Dh 21,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT for stays in 2 and 1 star hotels Children under 12 years of age will be exempt from paying this tax.
