The building is the Halls of Residence for the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, one of the world's premier music and drama conservatories. All bedrooms are single study rooms which are thoroughly cleaned prior to letting in the summer. Rooms are on average small and feature a hand wash basin, desk and a wardrobe. The reception area is small and functional. All guests have to report to reception on arrival to check-in and collect the keys.
