The Sovereign Hotel, built in the ecclesiastical style in 1898, is a stylish 4-star property situated in the very heart of Prague. Located on the corner of Politickych Veznu and Opletalova, just off the famed Wenceslas Square in Prague's historical city centre. The restaurant "Epicure" offers refined cuisine made from fresh ingredients accompanied by a wide selection of French and local wines and it is fully air conditioned. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor and is open every day for breakfast. Rich buffet breakfast is served Mo 07:00 ??? 10:00am on weekdays and from 07:00 ??? 10:30am on weekends. If guests would like a place to relax after a busy day, the Sovereign Spa is an ideal retreat. It offers a sauna, steam room and an exercise studio. There are 50 spacious rooms, all of them individually designed with meticulous attention to detail in order to secure total comfort for the guest. All rooms have king or queen-size beds, comfortable chairs and writing desks, IDD phones, free high speed broadband (Wi-Fi), and spacious bathrooms.

A buffet breakfast is served in the non-smoking restaurant from 07:00 until 10:00, on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 until 10:30. The restaurant and bar Epicure follows the axiom of the Greek philosopher Epicurus: “Happiness or enjoyment is the summum bonum of life”. Our chef, Mr. Pavel Zalesky has created a tempting combination of a standard menu and a daily choice of speciality dishes, based on the availability of fresh ingredients. So you will find something different on the menu every day. The Epicure offers a wide selection of French and local wines and is fully air-conditioned. The Restaurant and bar is open daily from 11:00 to 23:00.
