What is the galahotels.com member rewards ?
The galahotels.com member rewards is a way for us to reward our loyal customers with even more discounts. rewards are awarded with each booking confirmed. Earned rewards may be used against any future bookings.
How do I join the member rewards?
Joining the member rewards occurs automatically when you make your first booking with galahotels.com. There is no extra cost for joining the program.
What are rewards?
When you book with galahotels.com you will be awarded rewards that you will then be able to use to obtain discounts on future bookings.
How do I earn rewards?
For each booking you make with galahotels.com you will earn rewards in proportion to the cost of the booking. rewards will be held in a pending area until one day after the check-out date of your booking, when they will be added to your member rewards. Once in your account you will be able to use these rewards against hotel bookings.
How many rewards will I earn for each booking?
You will earn 3% of the booking total . However, you will not earn rewards on a saving made using rewards on a booking. For example, if a booking with the total amount EURO100 is made and you choose to use 10 rewards against the booking, you will only earn rewards on the EURO90 remainder of the booking total.
When can I start using my rewards?
You will be able to start using your rewards one day after the check-out date of the booking for which they were awarded.
How do I use my rewards?
If you have rewards in your account, you will be asked during the course of making your booking how many rewards you wish to use. You can choose to use any amount of your available rewards, including none. Rewards that are not used against a booking remain in your account.
How can I check my rewards balance?
When you log in to your account you will see how many pending and awarded rewards you have displayed below the " member rewards " tab. Each amount, however, is only displayed if it is greater than zero.
